Senior Mobile Engineer – iOS (m/f/d)

Join our Otixo software development team and support us to build our awesome service platform. You will be part of a talented team that works on mission-critical applications. You will be responsible for managing all systems, while having expertise in the full software development lifecycle of a cloud-based SaaS solution, from conception through architecture to testing.

Your tasks

• Administrate Linux servers (Ubuntu, RedHat) in Amazon AWS
• Configure and optimize the live environment
• Conception and implementation of backup and recovery solutions
• Development of the continuous integration (CI) environment (Jenkins, Git)
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review

Your background

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
• Proven hands-on Linux server administration
• Proven working experience in maintaining of high-availability environments
• Proven working experience with NoSQL database clusters (MongoDB)
• Proven working experience with Web Servers (Tomcat, Apache, NginX)
• Experience in creating and editing Shell and Python scripts
• Experience in monitoring and logging of server and application events (Elastic Stack, Zabbix, Monit)
• Working Experience in microservices infrastructures with Docker
